Montel Williams HealthMaster claims it will replace any machine that is defective. I bought a machine in November 2010 which failed by December 2012. I have a Cuisinart mixer that I bought in 1989 and it still works! Each time I called the Healthmaster site to find out the status of the replacement I was given a bogus story. Five months later I want my money back.
