I went for their Free Trial offer, with a $4.95 shipping fee.
The real fee turned into $9.95. I thought, maybe it's worth it, so I didn't kick.
The kit arrived, and I found that the flip top box would not close on a battery connected to a cartridge. That means you must assemble the unit each time it is used. (A gross inconvenience in my opinion)
I was shocked to discover that I had been enrolled in a refill program that would supply me with too many refills at too high a price, based on my experience with other Ecigarettes.
I called a customer service agent and eventually was told that my enrollment would be cancelled.
As a safeguard, I called my credit card company and blocked Ecigs from charging my account.
