I received a sample of your cream and all i had to pay was the postage then on the 4th of this month you took £97.95 out of my card without my permission in doing so you blocked my card as you could,nd get into my e.mail ,,,when i sent for the samples there was nothing there to say i had to pay anymore so i say that it was false advertisment so i will not be paying you the money please close my account with you or you will be blocked from cheating me again ,,,,i would like it if you could get in touch with me about the £97.95,,,,yours faithfully SUSAN (Personal Information Removed).
