My story is identical to Rosanna's. I entered their site through an advertisement. I wanted to see how it compared to ebay. It said to register for a "free account", name address, email, etc. But it would not let me past this page to the auctions unless I put my credit card information in. I figured it was for my file if I won something. As soon as I hit submit, it said, "Thank you for your order!" I immediately called their 24/7 Customer Service line as I did not order anything! All they said was they have a no refund policy and told me to send an email to Customer Service. I did that & they told me the same thing & told me I should call them. I called again & when that person wouldn't help me, I asked for a supervisor. I was told he had no supervisor he could transfer me to. They went back & forth like this 3 times. Their last email told me that a supervisor would call me. I heard from a supervisor today & she reiterated the same thing with the exception of offering to downgrade my purchase to a $60 pkg. She gave me a URL to reproduce what I had done with the advertisement, but it was not the same window that I was directed to. She claims it is the only one that they are sent to. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, PA Attorney General & will file with the Delaware Attorney General. There has to be a way to get a refund for fraudulent actions or even better, get them off the web!!
