Misrepresentation of being a microsoft rep to clean my computer. I called them back to get a refund and they wanted to reimburse half this is the phone number they gave me 1 855 236 9555 very hard to get ahole of them.I found another number 864 855 9280 spoke with a mister Jerry Cooper and I think that he can help It seems that someone in the company is messing around and that he is looking into it he did not know about it.He guaranty me a refund.Hope that it help anyone out there.
