an african american kid came to my door. (i am making a 1 hour visit short as possible here).his name is jermaine benning. wearing dress shirt tie slacks. he was selling magazine subscriptions for credits for college. he handed me a stack of 5 pieces of paper to look over magazines that were available to purchase from his company and the higher the price of the magazine subscription, the more credits he would get for college. while i was reading through the list of names of mags, i was asking him questions, basically feeling him out. he is from michigan. hopes to be a chef . i even asked what his favorite dish was to make he said quiche. while this is going on, an african american girl walks up says hello. i asked her where she was from she said alabama. all along my gut was telling me something was wrong but i could not pinpoint it. i felt bad for this kid jermaine. he literally smelled like dog urine. i am the type of person that once in a while i hope my gut is wrong because i really like to help struggling people. i am not rich in any way shape or form. i am struggling mightly myself. but i believe deeply in karma. jermaine had a sales book with receipts in there and said a few of my neighbors bought from him, my sale would get him closer to his credit goal. so i said to myself if my neighbors did it, sure i will help the kid too. i purchased sporting magazine for 28 dollars down payment cash. he said the total bill is 56 dollars i could pay the rest when they send the bill. (i did not catch this next part until 3 minutes later when he was gone and i was inside my house). he asked name address and name of street. gave me a pink and white copy receipt went on his way. i got in my house looking at the receipt again i could not figure out what was bothering me. then it hit me. WHY WOULD HE ASK ME THE NAME OF THE STREET IF HE SOLD TO MY NEIGHBORS? i said to myself you idiot! went online, typed in millenium sales scam on google and there are literally thousands of people that have been scammed by this company. i have contacted the BBB and the F.B.I. this is not even close to being over, they picked the wrong person to scam! if they come to your house, tell them wait here a minute and call the police immediately....
