I TRIED TO PAY FOR MY EYE EXAM TODAY AND MY DEBIT CARD WAS REJECTED. I CAME HOME AND LOOKED UP MY BANK ACCOUNT ONLINE, AND FOUND A CHARGE OF $34.99 FROM FCF*PEAKLIFE DATED 4/17/13. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY OR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT A HOLD OF MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER EITHER. THIS IS THIEVERY PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THEY HAD NO RIGHT OR AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY DEBIT CARD.
