My mortgage refinance horror story begins Jan 6th 2013. I already had a mortgage with these idiots and figured `Hey what the hell, they already have my loan, I bet it will be easy for them to refi` and I was dead wrong.... From the beggining, I was asked from multiple people on the very same email thread the very same info I had already gave my broker who was on the emails as well. I had three people ask me for w2, pay stubs, bank statements, 401k statements, in which I provided to the Mortgage broker Dan Moschetti from the start. This showed me terrible communication within the team that was handling my refi... Not only that, they kept sending me applications for a first time mortgage instead of a simple refinance!!!! I paid 430 dollars for a appraisal in which I waited 7 weeks for the results!!!! I had to call the broker Dan Moschetti with no call back and finally he responds to my email.. That entire time, no calls, no emails, nothing informing ,updating me at all.. I was very pissed at this point.. Terrible customer service.... Unfortunately I had to repremand Dan and his team for poor customer service and not updating me at all. They told me 60 to 90 days, we were in day 106 before I pulled the plug, unreal!!!!! I had my place on the market prior to starting the refinance, so I pulled it from the market cus hey its not rocket science I wanted to save 190 bucks month and if I would save that much I wpouldnt mind staying until the market rebounds.. The underwriters didn't like being scolded like little children apparently so they intentionally broke my chops and said they needed a more descriptive signed letter stating my intentions of staying in the property. I sent them a letter 3 times!!!! Explaining this!!! They asked for a fourth time and I said bye, I'll take my 801 credit score and money elsewhere... These people are bastards taking advantage of hard working people who pay their bills.. These POS are the ones that helped contribute to the markets collapes in the first place!!! Me as a tax payer contributed to the 39 billion to bail these fools out!! I want my 430 bucks back and will file a complaint every day until the day I die until I get it....
