I was contacted by this company that they had a buyer for my time share and I was asked if I wanted to sell it. They explained to me the entire process as well as sent a contract to me detailing the entire sale process. I had to put money into the escrow account in order to get the process started. They contacted me after they received the money explained to me that the escrow company would be contacting me and the sale would go through and I would be sent the proceeds of the sale within 90 days. It has now been more then 90 days after about a month of sending the money I tried to contact them to confirm we were still on track with the sale and I did not get any calls or email back. I have tried every day for months to get a hold of some one from this company and have not been successful. It is now past 90 days with no contact and no money. The contract looked very convincing and there were no red flags at the time on the internet or anywhere. Now there website is gone and other then a corporation ID in Florida they seemed to have vanished.
