Website operated by SILVER CHIMNEY LLC o/a Go Fit Easy is conducting "sharp" trading. Online consumers are led to believe they ordering a $29.99 bottled of Green Coffee Beans and asked to enter their credit card information. After they enter this information they are immediately sent an online bill for $196.00 and enrolled, without their knowledge, in an automatic re-order scheme and online training website with a monthly charge. At the time of purchase the online consumer is not provided with a total bill to approve or decline prior to the completion of the transaction. The online consumer is then directed to a call center in the Philippines where the staff simply recite the companies return policy from a script. No escalation of the call is provided but an offer from 10 to 20 discount is offered for the sharp trading practices. No refund is possible over the phone or online.
