BAIT AND SWITCH! Tactic was used. In addition to that, they came to our email via an associate's name. We asked our associate about it and he knew nothing about them.
We're sending this product back! We tried desperately to cancel this order, but were told we could not cancel the order once its processed. We did not confirm our mailing address when they called, yet they sent the product anyway. We do not expect to be charged a restocking fee. We told them before they sent it, "DO NOT SEND!". We asked for a refund. THEY REFUSED! Really!!! how can a credible company behave so duplicitous.
Now, I'm told I MUST GIVE $5 FOR EACH BOTTLE SENT,x3 Why?! I TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I'll SUE!
