I tried a free trial offer from this website. If I called within the 8 days of the trial and canceled, My acct. was supposed to close. I call them 2 days after to cancel their product (4/15/13 date i called to cancel and 4/12/13 when ordered phone records show that an out going call to 1-888-986-8154 was made at 10:37 AM) and I speak to a woman and she tells me that" you never signed up an account with us, are you sure you signed up with an account with us?" I said " well i know i gave my credit card number to you guys online, so I know i have a trial with you." So that was the conversation it ended there. after the 8 days I receive the package and refused it. Because when I called I thought I didn't have an account with them? So after refusing the package, I look at my bank account online. They took $ 92.73 out of my acct.!At this point I call up my bank and tell them there has been an unauthorized transaction on my acct. they canceled my card. A dispute was made from my bank to them. I called them twice and tell them that when i called to cancel you told me that I didn't have anything to cancel and they said that cant be true I was infuriated! I told them "I'm going to make sure you scam artist never scam another person again!" Then I hung up. My bank is repaying me the money they took when I told them this story. Point being be really careful of Bella at Home and don't trust them they have horrible customer service and will be lucky to talk to an American on the phone!
