We requested quotation for group ticket for 12 PAX. We got the quotation. when we asked for order no/ref. no before we send money by bank transfer, Mr. Matthew Sullivan(sales manager) replied that booking will be done manually and there is no need of any order no or reference no. we made bank transfer. After 3 days only he confirmed that he received the money and sent the tickets for airline confirmation, once get back I will send. Now almost one week there is no response through email and the telephone always switching to answering machine. All our communication through emails only. Before sending money, he replies promptly and after sending money there is no reply. For testing purpose before this deal, we have purchased two tickets and we received. We also confirmed by airlines about tickets genuinity. After that only we send money. Please help us in this matter and advise who else we can lodge complaint. Britain govt should ban these type of organizations and monitoring system should be in place. Please help us.
