I purchased a camcorder battery from this company on January 8, 2013 and it was not what they presented.
I contacted a man named Peter, at the company (iibattery.com) and he said to send it back and issued me an RMA.
I returned the battery as requested but when I did not receive a refund I contacted him again and he claimed he never got the battery back and needed shipping information.
I sent him the requested shipping info and still have not received a refund ($45.41)and he will not respond to my e-mails. My transaction history has mysteriously disappeared from e-bay but I do have all the information concerning this purchase. Help.
I consider this Vendor dishonest and would warn anyone to beware of purchasing anything from this e-bay Seller.
