Two days ago upon perches of the 25$ phone card for the net10 Wireless company. I had been unaware that with the current cell phone i own will only be activated by an unlimited plan of a 50$ perches on one card. As i had been informed by a costumer service representative. The man then suggested I make another perches of the same 25$ card And call him back and give him both pin numbers and he would activate my phone for me as the 50$ unlimited plane. After I obtained the second 25$ net10 card I then call back and the company had closed leaving me only with the voice automated system. So i then found the time today to reactive my phone. I call the company to disgust the issue with a woman named, Kesha employee number 7086. This woman had been very Rude and impolite to me. She also informed me that I am unable to enter in both cards. further explaining to me that I have to buy another card as the information that the last male employee had gave me was incorrect. Therefore this company had just robbed me of my 50$.
