Back in Nov 17/12 I ordered from Pure Collagen their " Free Trial".
The offer was to try their product for 17 days. At the end of the trial if you did not cancelled they will send you the full size order for $89.99 plus $3.95 S/H.
The sent me in a catalog type envelope two little sachets with the facial serum and the Hydrofirm cream, the samples were 0.05 ml.
They sent this samples Nov 19/12. By November 28/13 they charge my debit card $137.41.
I called the customer services many times and they offer me to just pay $50.00. I said no because I had not received their shipment.
I dispute this charge with my bank.I called again the Pure collagen skin customer services January 21/13 and they told me they will refund my money in 2-3 days.I cancelled my debit card I told the bank everything was fine. However they never refunded the money. My Bank took the money back and I have an overdraft and fines so far for more than $200.00.
I tried to call again two or three times the Pure Collagen customer services about this charges but they were very rude.They said They could NOT do anything about it.They wish me to have a nice day and they hang up on me.
Let me mention that the catalog (envelope) they sent me with the samples showed this 2 products on sale $35 and $49 respectively.
Also They included a 30% discount coupon for that order.
