I have been having problems with my internet connection for the past 1-1/2 years. Three times I have been promised the replacement of the cable that goes from my house at 3369 S.E. Fleet St., Lincoln City Oregon, to the box at the street. The call I made on 3/30, a Charter employee said he would turn in the paperwork on Monday April 1 and that I should hear from Charter within 3 days. I have launched many calls and have been promised that Charter would show up on Wed April 17, and they were a no show. I spoke to a Desmond who is supposed to be a supervisor over getting a refund for my internet usage since I have not been able to use my internet service but once or twice around the first of the month. I have been promissed for 1-1/2 years that my cable would be replaced. It has not and I am fed up and ready to quit the internet service and the phone and cable TV will not be surviving if I do not get a cable replacement. I have been more than patient and my patience no longer exist and I am tired of being lied to. The straw that broke the camels back is when they said they had no Desmond as an employee and when I insisted they did, the lady rechecked and found out that Desmond was no longer with the company. I have also been told that they have 30 days from April 1st 2013 to get the cable replaced. What about the other calls I made and they sent men out who marked the yard with paint to indicate where the cable should go? I do feel that a year and a half is far to long and would like to know what rules and regulations they have to follow and just what rights do I have?

When I first ordered my cable back in June of 2011, this company connected me up and after receiving no bill by the end of August, 2011 I stopped in their office to ask why. Somehow I managed to fall thru the cracks of their company. Charter did not even have me down as a customer. I insisted they work up a bill and I paid Charter up to date. I have not been able to get them to make a adjustment for my internet not working, Let alone that sometimes my phone and cable TV do no work either. I am not behind in my bills. They are paid on automatic deductions.
