I was called by a woman named Tina Moore offering to rent out our 12 Free Weeks from RCI for 1200.00 a week. But they needed 149.00 a week to activate them, a total of 1788.00. I told her to call back the next week and she did. We had foolishly decided to do it. She took the credit card info and sent a contract electronically to be signed. Although there was suppose to be one sent thru the mail too for both of us to sign. Never received anything, so 30 days later, I called her, everything was being processed. Got suspicious with that and got online and started searching. Found all kinds of articles saying Scam! Called back and ask for a refund. Tina Moore was very smart with me, said I was the one disrespecting her and she hung up. I called back and ask to talk to a supervisor. Got Kenny Taylor, he was basically like her but he said he was sending thru the refund to the merchant right then. My mistake was waiting another 30 days to have it disputed on the Credit card. Still haven't got anything and the Credit Card company wont' dispute now. It was too long. So I have called, I have filed reports everywhere I can think of. Attorney Generals Office in Florida and my state, BBB, FTC, Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services, all sites online I can find. I will continue to do so till I get satisfaction.
