Grant International advertises and offers a $241 core rebate when purchasing a new 2010 Camaro steering wheel.Meaning you pay $500 for a Grant steering wheel and they will pay you $241 for your take off "Core". After I purchased my new Grant steering wheel in July 2012 I sent to grant the necessary paperwork to apply for my Core Rebate. Grant sent me a prepaid mailing lable with instructions to return the core product. After waiting over 120 days for my rebate check I began to contact Grant as to when I would receive my rebate check. I received a voice message from a Grant representative by the name of Meriam on January 21, 2013 indicating she had the paparwork in front of her and she was processing the check and I would receive the funds by February 15, 2013.(I have saved the voicemail and can have that forwarded) I have called Meriam on several occasions trying to resolve this matter and I cannot get a distinctive answer as to when I will receive my rebate check. Meriam indicated she is talking to a gentleman named Todd to expidite my complaint. I have not been successful in getting Todds last name. It has been nine months since Grant has received my core.
