  • I am the Customer Service Manager for My Fast PC. We are open 8am Mountain Standard Time until 5 pm Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday. Our telephone number is 1-800-573-8028. We have a voice mail system in place if we are unable to answer the telephone. I have a hard time believing that we are unable to be reached as this customer states. We are very transparent in our policies and availability as our website clearly states our hours of operation and contact availability and even provides a message system to contact us through the site as well. Our BBB rating is a B+, we are registered through the Utah State Attorney office and we are listed as a safe and trusted business. We offer a free diagnosis on our web page just as every repair and service company does. Even auto mechanics offer a free quote. Without this customers information I cannot give a breakdown of the services rendered, or any resolutions that may be available. Even then i would very much like this customer to contact us so that we can discuss this. I will not post on a site any negative comments about a customer. I invite any and all who read this to investigate our company and call for any questions. We are an American company who does not outsource anything outside of the U.S. We believe in customer satisfaction and try our best to resolve all customer complaints when we are contacted at the correct number and during proper business hours. I was also unable to find a way to respond to this site other than making an account to comment on a post. I believe it would be more professional to contact the company before posting negative comments about a company by the unsatisfied customer AS WELL as this website. Even the BBB offers that courtesy as does the A.G. office.
    Thank you,
    Scott Stubblefield

  • My mother who is 70 years old and has a hard time opening emails received some pop ups from this company today Friday June 6th 2013 - They told her she had malware and other such items on her computer. As she could not contact me (her son) who has been in network support / Admin for over 20 years she agreed for them to look at her computer. As soon as I found out about this I placed a call to them and they could not tell me exactly what they found only that "there could be malware or harmful software" and "the computer isn't adequately protected" The computer is running the latest version of Microsoft Security Essentials and after a full scan (once I got my hands on the laptop) nothing was found and there was no historic events listed. Note that my mother shut off the laptop before their scans were complete so they did not have time to remove anything.

This company is praying on the likes of people such as my poor 70 year old mother. I think it is disgusting and dishonest. They might be a legitimate company BUT they are tricking clients to spending the money with those POP up warnings that make non tech savy people call in. I am going to look into what actions I can take against them for the 200.00 they basically stole from my mother.

    Feel free to contact me.
