I received a call from phone #404-400-1147 stating to press any number to be taken off the list. I didn't press, I hung up.. I would like to know where this # is coming from and in regards to our privacy on cell phone numbers. I have a DNC in effect for my cell number. I do not have a land line. Would like to know what can be done about this invasion of privacy and if I will be charged for answering the call.
