HASSCAFF Scaffolding

HASSCAFF Scaffolding is a scaffolding company operating in Brisbane. They offer scaffolding services and sales.

An employee of HASSCAFF formerly worked for a trusting family company who treated him like family. This employee from the onset conspired with other staff to educate themselves on running their own scaffolding company.

The member in question of HASSCAFF Scaffolding broke into the family's scaffolding yard and proceeding to steal over $100,000.00 of plant and equipment. He used the family companies employees and trucks to transfer the scaffolding and plant and equipment into his new yard operating as HASSCAFF Scaffolding.

This employee also left with another employee, a sales manager, to start HASSCAFF Scaffolding. Along with this, they stole laptop computers with AUTOCAD and I-Scaf software to allow them to complete scaffolding plans which is very expensive software, they stole 90% of our clients by undercutting our pricing, stole mobile phones and emptied our bank accounts of over $20,000.00.

We as a family have since had to sell our property portfolio in order to meet our debts and do the right thing in paying our creditors.

I would like to warn people about HASSCAFF Scaffolding. Firstly, the company director is not a scaffolder and does not possess a basic, intermediate or advanced scaffolding ticket, therefore rendering his scaffolding designs illegal. HASSCAFF also employ individual contractors on ABN with no insurance and he does not pay their super or payroll tax. He also does not disclose his payroll to QLD Workcover, which again is illegal. The director of HASSCAFF Scaffolding has NEVER had any practical experience in scaffolding, and hides behind a computer submitting illegal scaffolding plans. He also does not certify or engineer his work. I fear that he will ultimately be responsible for severe injury or death as he does not understand point loading, UDL, wind loading, dead or live load or SWL of scaffolds. Again, he is not a scaffolder.

I would warn roofers, plasterers, painters or renovators to avoid this company. They will insist on payment upfront and most likely damage your walls or garden bed etc. If you require a reputable scaffolding company, contact Acrow, Brisbane Scaffolding Hire, Side by Side Scaffolding, Instant Access or Star Scaffolds.

HASSCAFF Scaffolding is a highly unscrupulous company who have only succeeded thus far by ripping of the previous company this individual worked for plus his own Father.

I've spoken to your father today and he has apologised for your behaviour and told me he has told you to take all of these communications down. There has been no fraud and all of the above statements are completely false. The facts are as you and I know, we lodged with QCAT to retrieve $28,000.00 from Scaffrig but have since resolved outside of court. (Personal Information Removed)you have embarrassed yourself and your family with this rubbish but luckily your father has the common sense that you lack. Please stop facebooking my wife, I've called you a multiple of times to discuss your allegations but you have avoided me. Please also stop with the private number calls and threats to my family, again its embarrassing. If you care to discuss please reply to my multiple voicemails.

  • My name is Simon and I know (Personal Information Removed)personally and I was in the yard when you stole all of his equipment. I was also aware of you and Lea Sattler emptying their Westpac account of over $20,000.00 and stealing $100,000.00 of their scaffolding.

    You are a complete fraud and a con artist and the police at Coomera are aware of you due to the multiple times you broke into their yard at Yatala and stole their steel and aluminium.

    I would suggest that of all things, you are the embarrassment here mate as everyone in the scaffold game knows of you and knows how dodgy you are.

    Good luck ripping other people off you low life.

  • Also, it would be reasonable to believe that if the above parties did commit the offences against you and your company, they would likely be in jail. The fact that they are not - indicates to me, that this is a bogus and litigious claim. I wish you and your families business all the best, and hope you see enough sense to remove this entire post before it damages the reputation of you/your family further.

  • (Personal Information Removed) this is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. If you are going to make up lies at least stand behind them. I've tried to call you ANOTHER 3 times this morning. Can you get back to me instead of carrying on like a child? At the moment I'm torn. I could pick your lies apart one by one - for example if police "know i've stolen" then why 2 years later has nothing been done OR the fact that I was the manager at the time and didn't employ any of your friends and certainly no one named simon - plus you were in Newcastle at the time and hadn't been a part of the company for over a year.... but I feel that even arguing these lies give some sort of validity to them and therefore takes us away from the core of the problem. I'd say your online defamation campain has been an abject failure. Out of the one viewer we have of this argument, he is against you. Your own father has rang me and left a voicemail telling me that it has nothing to do with him and he has told you to stop. He joked at the time he was on the tools on the bridge job and he "shouldn't be doing it at his age" - let me say your father is a top scaffolder and he was just making a light joke - mate get up off the keyboard and go give him a hand.

  • To the plaintiff/ruddiga (for fear of having my content removed for using previously stated names)... If this really is a civil matter - as you say it is... then you can hardly stand by your claims that this person 'broke in' and 'stole' your equipment. I also note that you did not respond to the allegations that you are harassing this poor mans family - which, as a matter of fact is a criminal offence. I urge you again to remove this entire post.
    Furthermore, if you think you are immune from legal action purely for posting on websites, perhaps you should use your spare time - of which it seems you have quite a lot, to Google search the word 'libel'. After that, perhaps you should get out on the tools and learn a bit of humility. It would go a long way in the scaffold trade. Something you may not have experienced if you have worked in a sheltered environment of a family company.

  • HASSCAFF claimed a contract dispute which never existed, hence the civil claim and not a criminal matter. Their claim has since been thrown out of court 6 times. Case closed, go back to the VB Peter.

  • So now you're saying HASSCAFF is suing you?! And I see you've taken the high road and accused me of being on drugs. Ironic as you are the one who cannot seem to mount a logical defence to ANY of the above posts. Good attempt at using legal speak also... Unlike within your clearly sheltered existence, saying 'case closed' will not win an argument, or give you the last word. Get some experience in the industry kid before you mouth off in future.
