Purchased a video game from GMG, there website states that you will receive $14 accredited back towards your bank account 2-3 days after the purchase. I purchased this game on march 25th 2013, it is now 4/17/2013. They do not have a phone number, and there customer service emails keep telling me they have applied the credit and to wait 3-5 days. This has happened 4 times in total.I have called my bank and nothing has been sent on their end every single time. They are lying to me every time and their is no way to actually communicate with a person.
