After I signed up, my computer started acting up, even my Norton anti-virus gave error messages, I had to clean and re-boot every time I would try to bid. I contacted them several times, to let them know it did not work on MY computer. I was told that this happens from time to time, but they do not refund, unless it is unauthorized charges. Even though I cannot use it. ?????????? Paypal is currently trying to get them on something to get me back my money. Bidracks solution was to give me 100 free bids. Well, I cannot use their website, so what good do those FREE bids do for me. So my money went to further their cause, they are thieves, is what they are. And I will let as many people know that I can possibly let know so they can use the money for real things, not imaginary bids. How crazy is that?

GLAD YOU ARE TELLING EVERYONE AS AM I. PLEASE READ MY LATEST REPORT TO SEE HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK, ALTHO IT WAS WITHOUT "BIDRACKETTS" KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT---JUST LIKE THEY TOOK IT TO START WITH. I JUST WENT TO MY CREDIT UNION AND SIGNED A FORM STATING IT WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE, THEN CHANGED MY VISA # SO THEY COULDN'T RECHARGE ME AS THE CU SAID THEY ARE KNOWN FOR DOING. GUESS THEY COULD TRY TO SUE ME FOR IT---SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THEM IN COURT; MAYBE IT WILL BE ME! GOOD LUCK TO YOU. -
