Received an automated phone call to my cell phone offering to lower my credit card rate. When I pressed 1 to talk to someone to ask why they were calling my CELL PHONE, the guy asked for my land line #, which is on the DNC list. When I told him that, he informed me he HAD TO REACH ME. When I explained this was my cell phone and I was not happy, he simply hung up on me. This type of thing should be illegal, period. Using my cell phone minutes for their business.
