I ordered the Zumba DVD set back in January with a 6-8 expectation for delivery. It is April 16th and I still do not have them. I sent an email to them requesting a status in March. They have not responded. I sent one again today. I just want my dvds! Order Number: 5162
If you call them their voicemail box is full & no responses to emails. I'll be contacting the BBB if I don't get a response and my dvds very very soon!

  • I'm having the exact same problem! I ordered them on January 3rd, and until now I haven't received anything. All I want are my dvds I paid for. My friend ordered hers a week after me and got hers like the 2nd week of March. I understand the whole back logging but it's now April going into May. It's just ridiculous. I've emailed multiple times and the answer is the usual, "back logged". Or no response at all.
