I received my Bill from T-mobile dated Sep 21, 2011 and noticed these 3 separate charge for 9.99 on my statement timed at 5:15pm, 5:16pm and 5:17pm. I called T-Mobile and they said that this function is built in my BLACKBERRY instrument and i must have activated it by hitting some key. They said that they have a program called Family Allowance that will block this from happening for 4.99 per month. What i don't understand is this has never happened in 4 years since I bought this Blackberry and surprisingly when it happens they have a 60.00 adder plan per year that i have to add on to my bill.
I would like to know what is the FCC doing letting Mobile companies and scamsters rip off the public ??? What are the politicians doing for the Millions of $ that we spend on them ??
