I had a purchase contract on two apartment buildings on November 13, 2012. The seller referred me to the Wilshire State Bank for a commercial loan. The bank had all my documents for purchase of the apartment in Denton, Texas which address is (Personal Information Removed) . Mr. J. P. Park, the manager of the bank, told me that the bank will
give me a loan. AFter 60 days, the bank didn't either approve or decline my loan, untill 83 days later, 2/5/2013, to decline my loan. Because of the bank's negligence, I am going to lose my earnest money of $15000 to the seller.
