In November of 2012 I ordered a trial sample of Vitalyze and a trial sample of Sylk Skin products with the understanding that I could cancel any future shipments at any time. On November 16 I called the "Cancel anytime" phone number and informed them to cancel all future orders. I was assured that this would be done but that I would have to phone again before Dec.2. When I asked why I would have to phone a second time, I was told this was just their policy. I phoned a second time before Dec. 2 and I was once again assured that I would not be receiving anymore products. Well, I am STILL receiving both products every month and the company has been taking money out of my account each month!! I have been working together with my credit company's Dispute Department to try to resolve this ongoing problem. I have written letters of cancellation and have paid to have them delivered by Registered Mail. One package always seems to get dropped off at a postal outlet and one package gets delivered by the mail carrier directly to my mailbox. I have directed the postal outlet to return any future packages. I dropped the second package back into the mailbox, with "Return to Sender". Today, that same package was delivered once again to my condo mailbox, along with a new package!!! First I phoned the "Cancel Anytime" number once again and there was a very bad connection. The representative started to quote me a Cancellation number and lo and behold, the line went dead! I immediately phoned back and the line was dead -- no one even answered this time. I then phoned my credit company (for the umpteenth time) to inform them. Once again they will hold back the monetary payments that are charged on my latest Visa bill. My credit company has been very helpful and is working hard to help resolve this problem once and for all. I cannot believe that it can be this difficult to get rid of shoddy businesses like this. They are causing me a great deal of stress, anger and frustration. There has to be a way of shutting down these kind of unethical companies!!!
