I thought I was getting free samples and only paying shipping & Handling $3.99 to try out some products. I did not expect them to take money from my credit card and I don't even know how or if I will get anything back. Can you help me????

  • I soo hear you there, my friend! I thought that I was doing the exact same thing on March 17th, 2013 (signing up for "free samples" of their limited time offered product & only paying for the shipping...), but on April 12th, 2013, they "helped themselves" to my VISA for whooping $149.95!!! After locating thier actual website (not the one I was on that was offered to me through the Sears Canada website)I discovered that we had 2 weeks to return their product IF we were NOT satified... want to know where we were to send it? Caesarea, ISRAEL!!! OMG, & get this, we are all subject to being "enrolled" into an AutoRefill program (which means that we are going to be charge each & every month!!! When we signed up for our "free samples" there were absolutely NO terms & conditions made aware to us!!! If you read their actual Trms & Conditions (8 pages worth) it really covers THEIR butts & it even states that we will need to contact a lawyer to "break" our contract!!! I'm sooo upset right now, I can't afford a lawyer, I can't afford to lose the money that they STOLE from me (as it was on my prepaid VISA, which I only use for online purchases)! Here's a question, are there others they got screwed by these scammers?! Can we all go together to get our money returned??? Let me know... One thing for sure, I know what card I'm cutting up & cancelling before they process another fruadulent charge against it!!! I'M sooo NOT HAPPY right now & I'm sure that there's TONS of others out there & that's sooo wrong!
