My wife got a call from someone with an apparently Indian accent claiming to be from Webstree. They claimed that they had already helped with various malicious software items on the PC (interestingly enough, I had contacted the manufacturer of the PC and was told the procedure for doing a complete format/reload of the original software - no outside help and done under warranty). They wanted to have her pay for the services. When I attempted to call their contact number from the official website at www.webstree.com, the phonme rang 3 times and then gave a busy signal. This repeated each time I attemped to call.
