I need help in getting my 118.90 refund.
Initially I purchased a trial bottle of Skinny Green Coffee. It did not work. Then company charged 118.90 from my card. I contacted the company to stop the shipment and to inform him that I had moved. Rick at Skinny Green Coffee assured me they would stop the shipment and refund my money. I spoke to Rick on 2/14/13 and I they have told me for the past TWO MONTHS that the refund was on its way. I have received NOTHING!!!! The last story was that the owner himself mailed out a check on April 4, 2013. It is April 15, 2013 and NO CHECK!!! This is a disreputable company and not only did they not send out the package to my new address which I provided they also did not send any check. Today they said that the person that does the refunds is not in this week. I have made over 35 calls to this company and they have called me once.
