This shipping company, as named above, telephone number:646-401-7389, delivers boxed goods to the Dominican Republic, on the date indicated boxed goods (canned goods-food- and used clothes)were send through this company, it's almost 5 months later (4/15/2013) and the goods have not been received by our family members in the Dominican Republic, in the region of Santiago. In seeking explanations from this company, every week for the past 2 months almost 3, the person in charge, gives different stories, that the goods would be receive this week or next week, goods have yet to arrive at their destination. I was able to get in touch with the company in the Dominican Republic that receives the goods and delivers them to the families; the person in charge in the Dominican Republic has stated in different conversations to us here in New York and to the family members in the Dominican Republic that this person in charge here in New York is lying to us and everyone else; because, he owes the company in the Dominican Republic $6,000.00, and the company in the Dominican Republic is not delivering until this amount of money is paid by them here. In talking to the secretary here last week on Tuesday, 4/09/2013, she stated that the goods were being delivered on Wednesday,4/10/2013; the entire week pass and the goods have not yet been delivered. Another call was placed on Friday, 4/12/2013, the secretary once again, stated that the goods would be delivered, in the background, the man in charge was telling her to say that the goods were being delivered this week. The family members in the Dominican Republic,also placed several calls to the company over there, named: Arco Iris, the person in charge over there, maintains the same story, that the goods will not be deliver until the amount of money owe to them is paid. I'm tired of dealing with this person, company, I have seeked advise from professionals (friends), and the advise of taking them to court is costly (money I do not have) and time consuming; please advise on what to do, or conduct your own investigation and findings.
