This incident occurred in December 2012. Below is part of the message I sent to this firm "ECOMMTRAINLA," TO cancel my contract, but their contract only allowed three days to cancel. I wanted to begin classes in January 2013; I was pressured to start classes as-soon-as-possible, even after explaining to the sales person that my son was ill at this time, and I preferred to wait until the January 2013 to begin classes.
The following statement is one example of many: “I have informed a male representative(s) of your coaching team that I am not interested in participating or continuing my membership with your program. After viewing your videos, I realize I am not suited for this type of employment, and it is not what I thought it would be. As I have requested, I want the fee I paid to your company of Four Thousand and Ninety Five Dollars ($4,095.00), on December 14, 2012, returned to me as soon as possible.
The plight I have with this organization is never hearing of an educational institutional organization that will not return a student any portion of their paid-in-full tuition(s), and refused any percentage returned for valid reasons. I asked to wait until the New Year to join-up not knowing what condition my child was in. I have proof in documents of airline tickets, hotel bills, and funeral of my only sons’ illness and demise.
To no avail, I joined Legalshield for legal advice. Now I am hoping that my $4095.00 will be added to your Resolved In Reported Damages banner.
Sincerely
