I purchased Raspberry Ultra Drops (Dr. OZ recommended) as a buy one get one free ad on facebook knowing there was a 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed the next day to cancel my order and I was told about the 30 day money back and was offered 30% discount from the purchase price because the order was already processed and shipped.
I kept a log book as per the guarantee requirements and within the 30 days I called again as per requirement and spoke to Mike that the two droppers a day wasn't doing anything. He advised to take 3 droppers daily. I did that for a week and still nothing so I sent an email to get the address to return unused portions. Nancy Holmes gave me the address IN CHINA to send the bottles back OR she could issue a refund of $54.97. I took the refund. It never showed up on my card so I again contacted Nancy and she gave me a transaction number and a date of Jan. 7, 2013 that it was issued. I have checked with my credit card company and it has never shown up. It's been 3 months. I asked Nancy for a phone number for the billing department so I could talk to a person. She gave me the 650-425-6803 number and Marilyn confirmed my credit card number as being correct and she would pass along my concern to the department. So again Nancy emails me that they were working on the problem with my refund. I then asked for an address. She gave me Fulfillment Center PO Box 30816 Salt Lake City, UT 84130. As to date I have not tried to contact them in UT.
Need I say that Nancy Holmes has about 6 different email address'. I would sure like to "catch" these people and put a stop to their scam.
