This website provides customers with a phone number that first gives them a computer-automated voice and then hangs up on them instead of transferring them over to speak with someone regarding issues with a product or service. I attempted to call to speak with someone multiple times, each time being hung up on. I also attempted to contact them through email to complain and to cancel for the subscription they automatically forced one into after the trial. I sent the trial back, unopened, after reading the small print that came on the outside of the package. Now, they are billing me for the whole package and not allowing me to be refunded even though I had attempted to contact them MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I am furious! I am a college student, living on my own, paying my own bills. I cannot afford this!!
