Correction of Complaint as follows..This is the only way I can let you know what has happened...I reported them as a Scam on 17th Sept. Then 5 days ago we had an e-mail from the Money Handling Company saying that they were passing our details on to the Supplier and because we had refused to give them any further ID it would their decision as to whether they would send our 2 x pairs of Uggs £158 or $237. We went back in and found we had a Tracking No but when we entered it into the EMS site(Legitimate Chinese Parcel Deliver Service) they had no Delivery details. We had given up and were basically waiting for our Banks 30 days wait to have our money back....THEN TODAY DHL HAS DELIVERED OUR BOOTS! Much quicker I might add than some UK Companies. They look good! The only thing I can say is that this must be a badly run Company/ Business/Delivery System etc.....
