I ordered shoes but never received. Paid through paypal but they won't help because it's past the 45 day limit (even though Paypal recommended I wait longer for item because it was "cross-border" sale.) I'm out the money. footwearark.com has not responded. I can only assume that they are a fraudulent site since they will not answer my repeated e-mails, have not returned my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

- Paypal reconsidered my complaint after a second e-mail re footwearark.com and gave me a refund. Thank you PP. Hopefully they will research this company and get them off their sellers list. Based on my internet research, it seems like this "company" has ripped off others under different names/websites.
