Description of Complaint: Received pocket rocket today, 10 Apr 2013 and it would not start. Called company several times and they informed us that the bike has a defective carburetor. We told them that we would like them to repair carburetor and they refused. They also said that since we put gas in the tank we could not return item (how do they expect you to test vehicle????). Company proceeded to send us threatening letters attempting to hustle us from pursuing a repair. Emails available for your review.The business practices of this company are illegal, since they don't allow customers to return any item under any condition and refuse to repair item. They expect consumer to fix on their own.
