A young black man claiming to sell magazines to earn money for furthering his education came by my home. I received a sales receipt from him for two magazines for 24 issues each (48.00 each magazine)PLUS a 15.00 handling charge. It said to allow 90-120 days for delivery. I have received nothing to date. The check I wrote for $110.00 was cashed.
