I was suppose to recieve a loan from this company. They never sent it. I sent them $1105 in fedex fees as well as $650 for Payment protection insurance. I have the western union fee receipts.

Here is an email I received from Loan Market Association LLC when I inquired if James Keyes worked for them:
Please be advised that the Loan Market Association is a trade association whose members are commercial and investment banks, institutional investors, law firms, service providers and rating agencies. It does not offer or provide loans or loan management services to any individuals or institutions. There are no loan numbers we can check.
In addition, I can confirm that Mr. James Keyes does not currently work, or have ever worked, for the Loan Market Association.
