I was looking to get a payday loan and just browsing at different sites. I never filled out any application until I found one that I trusted. The next day, I saw the $30.00 debited from my account from Payment Assist with the phone number listed. I called the phone number and asked them where they got my account number from and they got it from some totally different loan company that I did not even recognize. I have talked to them twice now and the first time they said it would be up to 20 days because it has to go through Accounting but it should not even be that long. Now they said they are looking into it.
