International boundaries
Individuals posing as college students trying to earn scholarship funds, stating that magazines will be sent to soldiers overseas. After doing a bit of internet research, I find this not to be the case.
Update: 04/22/2013
I sent cancellation notice per instructions on the receipt I received. Sent via USPS Certified, and I received delivery confirmation on 4/13.
Today (4/22) the check I wrote to MSA cleared my bank so they obviously ignored my cancellation notice.
