My credit card was charged for the amount of $99 for premium membership. I did not sign up for this service - they didn't even have any confirmation before charging my credit card! I have heard a lot of complaints from this company and this should be resolved immediately. I tried calling their hotline but nobody answers the phone, it is tied up to an automated system which always tells you that all of their representatives are currently busy.
