I first completed a survey for Nordstrom's and at the end was given a selection of 3 free gifts for taking the survey. The Green coffee was one of the choices, and since I had heard so much about the green coffee bean,I decided to try them. After about a week I could tell they were not doing what they were touted to do and just quit taking them. A month later another package arrived and a debit to my checking account of approximately $90.00. My husband called telling I was not happy with the product and did not want the second bottle. He was told I had ordered them and given them my debit card. Yes, I'd given the debit card to cover shipping and handling on the first free bottle to try. He was told they would not give me credit back, Did cancel any additional mailings, but now I'm stuck with a bottle of product that doesn't work, and also a debit to my account of $90.00. Others should be aware of the unscruplous way this company does business. Do not shop with them
