I ordered a fake Rolex and when recieved the watch had a chipped crystal. I returned the watch as they instructed. This has been going on since January 3, 2013 and I have not received a replacement watch. The company I work for was interested in purchasing 200 of these watches for customer gifts. They will not respond to the many emails I have sent. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Evidently they take advantage of their customers.
