Fairway professionals financial services is an online financials services is an online financial services. On 2/11/2013 I fille ad ou out an online loan application. On 2/12/13 I received a call from Mr. Benjamin Sanders stating I was approved for the $5000.00 loan. Mr.Sanders fax me the loan contract for me to review and sign. I carefully read the contract. It looked just like a loan contract from a bank. So I sign it and faxed it back along with a copy of my license and social security card. On 2/13/13 I called Mr. Sanders and asked if he receivedthe contract. He said yes and that it was sent to the financial dept.Mr.sander stated ;he would call me when the money is transferred to my che


cking acct. On 2/14/13 I called Mr Sanders to find out about the loan. He stated I needed collateral as stated in the contract I did not have cosigner and my car was not brand new it had to be 1-7 year old. Insurance premium/securitydeposit. My last loan I had through a credit aunionI paid for gap insurance so I did not suspect anything. On 2/14/13 I sent via western union $250 Richard Collins new market Ontario Canada.once I compleed the transaction, I needed to call Mr Sanders with the trace # he also stated to fax the reciept and they will reinburse me for the western unioma cost. Mr.sander stated the money will beavoss aaaay my checking. Account by mid night. On 2/15/13 the money was not on my acct. So I called mr.sander but he was not working that day so spoke to a Mr Davis and he stated that the told cost for the insurance was $500. Their must have been some sought of misconfiguration. So on Monday 2/18/13 on.sent $250 r. Richard Collins Newmarket Ontario Canada. On Tue 2/19/13 I called Mr.Davis with the tracking #. Mr Davis said that everything looker good and the money should be in my acct by 7pm, no money in the acct. So I called fairway again and the secretary stated the Mr Davis left a message that the money will be in my acct.by midnight. On 2/20/13 I called fairway again Mr Davis was out now I spoke to a Mr Ashman and he told me that I had to pay taxes on money received from out of state. I said no cancel the loan and give me my money back he said.ok. He told me it would take 2 Weeks to get my money back. I have called every day since Feb and still no money. Now the phone is always busy and no Web site. So I can not reach them and I an out $500.00. I trusted fairway because the loan contract looked real. Do not trust these people you will loose money!!!
