my vehical was towed because I pared my car before 7 am I parked vit along side another truck,when I came back it was gone ,So I called the McAllen police dept.They said that being in Hidalgon it was probaly towed by The towing co. I stated above national towing,so I called the number the police gave me and they said yes it was there,So I walked over there and had to pay 130 dollars to get it out less than 2hours,I noticed it had a dent on the back where the wreckers boom had hit it I filed a complaint with the local police dept. of hidalgo,texas, But they said it was a civil manner to go ncall the Justice of thepeace in pharr texas,so I called 2 of them they contacted me wiyh a constable,I have called the shrieff dept.and other local authorities,All I get is another number to call,The police noticed That my report had a different lic. plate number as well as its vin numberit was a completely different model.It did not have the time it was picked up or the drivers tow operators lic. anything just the 130 dollars I owed.The police said to go back which I did but they at the towing co. said that I gave them the papers .Which is a down right lie.there is so much corruption here in south texas,everybody who is somebody is connected,and pretty much get away with whatthey please.so here Im just trying to find a way for justice to be done to such corrupt companies as this,But It cant be done because of there political connections.
