I purchased 2 IP security camera in January 2013. By march I had received no cameras. And after several Attempts to contact the company I trying to find where my products are, being 3 months since I purchased the products jnused my coco summer rights to get my money back via my bank. The bank succeeded in getting a refund. In getting a refund the next week the cameras were showing up with the consignment note reading despatch end on the 16th of march. 2 days after the refund was deposited into my account! Then after I had received the cameras I started receiving emails from whypayfullprice customer service regarding delivery confirmation, the cameras are faulty which I have told them, they way me to send them photos of the faulty products as evidence to the supplier!! I want to shove the cameras at their faces at the head office so they can deal with it!!! What should I do, I am sick of the way this company has come across to australian consumers!!!!
