This search company has an ad online to try their services for free for a limited time of 24hrs to 3 days. It says that if within that time you have the option of cancelling or becoming a member. All I needed was the trial because i was going to check on a person a persons related to make sure that i had the right person. Of course i had to pay like .99 to $1.99 for this free trial and as soon as i got the information, i was going to cancel so as not to become a member because I am disabled and on a limited income and their payment options were too high and being on a limited income, I couldn't pay for a membership just to check on this person and verify that it was the person by the people associated with the name. They weren't suppose to charge me anything until I had gone over the period of time that was being offered and then i had a chance to cancel before being charged the full price of the membership. For some reason, something told me to check my bank statement and sure enough, they had charged me twice. One of the charges were $10.00 and the other was $59.00. I called the company and spoke to a girl that said her name was Erica and she was the only Erica that worked there. (I am sure she gave me a false name). Anyways, I started to explain about being charged for their free promotion as if i had become a member(which i didn't) and informed her that why would i want to become a member and waste so much money to check on one person and people related to that person in order to verify that that was the person that i was looking for.? This was a personal verification and i don't work and i wasn't verifying a person for anything other that personal because i was trying to get in touch with someone that i hadn't heard from in a long time. She practically called me a liar and said that they didn't have any kind of promotion and i had clicked on the most expensive membership. ( Mind you, I just explained that i am disabled and am on a limited income.) She told me that all she could refund was $49.00 and keep $10.00 and if my math is correct, $10.00 from $69.00 is $59.00.I was scammed by this company and I need my money. They should abide by their promotions instead of scamming people out of the little money that they have. That is what gives a company a bad reputation, when they don't abide by the rules of their promotions. I would really appreciate it if you would help me to get my money back. Thank You
Sincerely.

of the $69.00 dollars that they charged me, only $49.00 was reimbursed. This is not acceptable!!!!!!
